Stumpy Handerson is truly a slimy, loathsome son of a bitch, but he sure knows how to drive a hard bargain. While crumby and dilapidated, Good Ol' Stumpy's Pawn Shop might be the best place to find and sell illegal merch and contraband. It's shelves are lined with survival essentials other goods from all around wisconsin. A small, dusty shop wedged inbetween two much taller buildings it almost fades from notice. But if you can get there and survive a pat down from the gigantic security guard, Stumpy's kid brother Lumpy, then any of it could be yours. Shelves inside pattern in an echeresque hodge-podge, overflowing with goods. Glass cases, lined with steam "trip wires" under the glass, hold the more expensive and dangerous merchandise. Used (and still warm) steam rifles, grenades, armor, just to name a few. And if you're smart and catch stumpy's ear you' can get some work for the more dangerous jobs, or secret missions in the city. This old crumbly shopserves as one of the few nexuses to the underground society of Hellwaukee.
